Welcome to the Trafford Including Men Group.
- Does your service work with fathers, male carers and their families?
- Are you involved in the development or implementation of policy in Trafford that affects fathers and families?
- Are you involved in the recruitment or training of workers in Children’s Services?
Children North East Fathers Plus are pleased to announce their agreement with Sowing Seeds to provide support for the Trafford Including Men Network.
Sowing Seeds are working with Children North East Fathers Plus to develop a common approach to include fathers and male carers across the area. Our aim is to include fathers and male carers in services in order to improve outcomes for children and young people in Trafford. Children North East Fathers Plus provide a managed website and admin support to the Sowing Seeds network.

This group has been set up to include practitioners, managers and policy makers from early years, health, education, EYDCP and other settings in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors to provide a forum where workers and managers can come together, share and develop evidence based practice and work together.
It provides a focus for managers and practitioners to feed into and respond to the way the city incorporates changes in national policy into its policies and practices right across Children's Services.
